SMALL FARMERS’ AGRI-BUSINESS
CONSORTIUM

Applications are invited for appointment of the following posts on deputation
basis from the eligible candidates, possessing the qualifications as mentioned
against each post:
1. Director (Project Development Facility) – Pay Scale Rs.12000-375-16500/-
(One post)
Officers of Central/State Govts./ Central/State Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector
Undertakings possessing the following qualifications:
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or with five years regular service
in a post in the pay scale of Rs.10000-325-15200/- or equivalent; and
(ii) minimum twelve (12) years experience out of which at least five (5) years
should be in appraisal, financing, monitoring, execution etc. of projects
preferably in agribusiness/agro-processing/agro-marketing/ agro-allied projects.
2. Deputy Director (Project Development Facility) - Pay Scale
10000-325-15200/- (Two posts)
Officers of Central/State Govts./ Central/State Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector
Undertakings possessing the following qualifications:
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or with five years regular service
in a post in the pay scale of Rs. 8000-275-13500/- or equivalent; and
(ii) minimum ten (10) years experience out of which at least five (5) years
should be in appraisal, financing, monitoring, execution etc. of projects
preferably in agribusiness/agro-processing/agro-marketing/ agro-allied projects.
3. Manager (Finance) - Pay Scale Rs.8000-275-13500/- (One post)
Officers of Central/State Govts./ Central/State Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector
Undertakings possessing the following qualifications:
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or with five years regular service
in a post in the pay scale of Rs. 6500-200-10500/- or equivalent; or Chartered
Accountant/ICWA from a recognized institution with minimum three (03) years
experience in matters relating to finance, budgeting and accounts.
4. Field Officer - Pay Scale Rs.6500-200-10500/- (Three posts)
Officers of Central/State Govts./ Central/State Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector
Undertakings possessing the following qualifications:-
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or with three years regular service
in a post in the pay scale of Rs. 5500-175-9000/- or equivalent with minimum
three (3) years’ experience in appraisal, financing, monitoring, execution etc.
of agribusiness/agro-processing/agro-marketing/agro-allied projects.
5. Legal Officer - Pay Scale Rs.6500-200-10500/- (One post)
Officers of Central/State Govts./ Central/State Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector
Undertakings possessing the following qualifications:-
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or with three years regular service
in a post in the pay scale of Rs.5500-175-9000/- or equivalent with minimum
three (03) years experience in dealing with matters under Companies Law and
arbitration.
6. Executive Private Secretary - Pay Scale Rs.6500-200-10500/- (One post)
Officers of Central/State Govts./ Central/State Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector
Undertakings possessing the following qualifications:-
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or with three years regular service
in a post in the pay scale of Rs. 5500-175-9000/- or equivalent with minimum
three (03) years experience in English Shorthand, Typing and working knowledge
of computer applications in MS Office, Excel, Internet, E-mail etc.
7. Accounts Officer - Pay Scale Rs.6500-200-10500/- (One post)
Officers of Central/State Govts./ Central/State Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector
Undertakings possessing the following qualifications:
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or with three years regular service
in a post in the pay scale of Rs. 5500-175-9000/- or equivalent with minimum
three (03) years experience in financial rules and regulations, accounts and
budgeting.
(ii) Degree in Commerce/Mathematics/Economics/ Statistics from a recognized
university.
General Conditions:
The maximum age-limit for appointment on deputation (including short-term
contract) shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the crucial date for determining
eligibility. Maximum period of deputation shall be three (3) years. The
allowances shall be on the pattern applicable to the officers of the
corresponding category in the Central Govt. The candidate who fulfill the above
eligibility conditions may apply through proper channel on plain paper

attested copies of C.Rs., alongwith vigilance clearance, Integrity Certificate
and statement of major/minor penalty, if any, imposed on the officers during the
last 10 years may be forwarded with application.
