SMALL FARMERS’ AGRI-BUSINESS CONSORTIUM

Cooperation, Govt. of India)
Applications are invited for appointment of the following posts on deputation
basis from Officers of Reserve Bank of India/National Bank for Agriculture and
Rural Development/State Bank of India/Nationalized Public Sector Banks,
possessing the qualifications as mentioned against each post:
1. General Manager(Venture Capital) one post: Pay Scale:
Rs.29340-680-30700-900-31600-1000-32600/-.
(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis; or three years regular service in a
post not below the rank of Deputy General Manager or equivalent; and
(ii) Minimum twelve (12) years experience in the banking sector out of which at
least five (5) years should be in appraisal, financing, monitoring, execution
etc. of projects preferably in agribusiness/agro-processing/agro-marketing/
agro-allied projects.
2. Deputy General Manager(Venture Capital) two posts: Pay Scale:
Rs.26620-680-29340/-
(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis; or with five years regular service
in a post not below the rank of Assistant General Manager or equivalent; and
(ii) Minimum ten (10) years experience in the banking sector out of which at
least five (5) years should be in appraisal, financing, monitoring, execution
etc. of projects preferably in agribusiness/agro-processing/agro-marketing/
agro-allied projects.
3. Deputy General Manager(Legal) one post: Pay Scale: Rs.26620-680-29340/-
(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis; or with five years regular service
in a post not below the rank of Assistant General Manager(Legal) or equivalent;
and
(ii) Minimum ten (10) years experience in the banking sector out of which at
least five(5) years should be in Companies Law, Legal and Arbitration matters
General Conditions:
The maximum age-limit for appointment on deputation (including short-term
contract) shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the crucial date for determining
eligibility. Maximum period of deputation shall be four(4) years. The allowances
shall be on the pattern applicable to the officers of the corresponding category
in the Public Sector Banks. The candidate who fulfil the above eligibility

attested copies of C.Rs., alongwith vigilance clearance, Integrity Certificate
and statement of major/minor penalty, if any, imposed on the officers during the
last 10 years may be forwarded with application.
